There’s a very strong. The first time I tried when I took an entire one. I was pretty much wasted for 12 hours. The second time I took a half one and it narrowed it down to about 6 to 7 hours. Lol the next time I try, I’m gonna take a quarter and see what happens. These are obviously really strong and worth the money though.
